Hi loves! Sorry I've been slacking on journaling my last couple of workouts. Friday was a super busy day. I got up at 5:30 a.m. to get my workout out of the way because I had to leave work early to drive five hours down to the Lake of the Ozarks.
My body was very tired, so I decided to go on a nice little morning jog. I thought it'd be cooler in the morning — and it was — but it was still extremely humid!
I didn't have a particular route planned — I just ran around my neighborhood and downtown. It actually felt great to get out and really sweat in the morning. My pace wasn't very fast but I'm proud of myself for getting up early — that's really an accomplishment in and of itself for me!
And now that I know I can do it and that I can survive a whole day without feeling too sluggish, I think I'll definitely try to do it more often!
xoxo
